Cookie Policy
We only use strictly necessary technical cookies. No analytics or advertising cookies and no visitor tracking tools.
Version 1.0 · effective from 27 October 2026
Draft prepared before launch; a lawyer must review it. English translation; the Czech version prevails.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores when you visit a website. They allow the website, for example, to know that you are logged in or to remember the language you chose.
Which cookies we use
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the website and services to work. The law does not require your consent for them, so we do not ask for it and do not show a consent banner.
Public MagnoHost website
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | remembers the language you chose (Czech or English) | until the browser is closed |
| payload-token | login to content administration; only concerns website administrators | until logout, at most 2 hours |
Customer area ([TO BE ADDED])
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| session cookie (…_session) | keeps you logged in and stores your cart | until logout or after inactivity |
| XSRF-TOKEN | protection against forged requests (CSRF) | same as the session |
| remember_web_… | “remember me” – only if you tick this option when logging in | long-term, until logout |
Server control panel
The control panel uses similar strictly necessary login cookies (a session cookie and XSRF-TOKEN).
Payment gateways
When you pay, we redirect you to the payment gateway's page (for example Stripe or GoPay). It uses its own cookies under its own policy, in particular to secure payments and prevent fraud.
How to delete cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, logging in to the customer area and control panel will not work.
Changes
If we start using cookies other than strictly necessary ones (for example to measure traffic), we will update this policy and ask for your consent before using them. This policy is effective from 27 October 2026.
