Withdrawal from Contract

As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. The quickest way is the form on this page.

Withdraw from the contract online

This form is for consumers who want to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of ordering. You only fill in what we need to find your contract. You do not have to give a reason.

Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The period runs from the day the contract was concluded, i.e. the day you sent the order.

How to withdraw. You can withdraw:

using the online form below (the “Withdraw from contract here” button) – we confirm receipt by e-mail,
by e-mail to podpora@magnohost.cz,
by letter to the operator's address.

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. The deadline is met if you send the withdrawal before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal. We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result.

Service provided before the period ends. When ordering, you requested that the service start immediately after payment, i.e. during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw, you will pay us a proportional amount corresponding to the service provided until you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the service under the contract. We deduct this amount from the refund.

Example: a service costing CZK 99 for 30 days, withdrawal after 10 days. The proportional amount is 99 × 10 / 30 = CZK 33; we refund CZK 66.

The service ends with the withdrawal and the data stored on it are deleted. Back up everything you want to keep before sending the withdrawal.

Only consumers (natural persons not buying the service for their business) have the right of withdrawal. Business customers can cancel a service at any time under Article 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
